About Giovanni Fasciano

Giovanni Fasciano is an entrepreneur impassioned by his work backed by the 25 years experience that enables him to claim extensive expertise in every business management aspect in the international arena. Born in Italy, he has expressed his many aptitudes to the benefit of companies all over the world, gaining in-depth knowledge of the chosen business sector, while at the same time acquiring any degrees and also gaining certifications and accreditations for the results
achieved. This was Giovanni’s experience until filling the position of marketing manager at Gidieffe Srl, which was then a start-up Company in the luxury sector specializing in the production and distribution of watches and jewelry.

After a little over two years at Gidieffe, Giovanni demonstrated his willingness and determination with his transfer to Hong Kong where, for ten years, he enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Time Force LTD and its affiliated companies. He was entrusted with sensitive assignments to determine marketing strategies, identify the most effective sales plans, and customize the most appropriate promotional tactics for the European market. In short, he worked transversely to create and structure the entire corporate organization.
However, his sixth year of collaboration proved to be the most delicate and of fundamental importance: Giovanni Fasciano was, on one hand, responsible for supervising the European subsidiary, and on the other, invested in the responsibility of creating and developing a
worldwide business model. The conclusion of such challenging assignments characterized the four successive years in which, in addition to managing any marketing, promotion and sales operations, Giovanni forged new partnerships and established strong connections (beyond Europe) in the Far East and the Middle East.

2003 was a year of big changes: Giovanni Fasciano founded his own company, Global Watch Industries SpA, which inevitably inspired by the competencies that the entrepreneur had accrued in his younger years, was a testament of the entire experience that its founder had established in the same field. From management of the marketing department, to the role of Managing Director, Giovanni had the opportunity to follow the development of each of the business areas, without failing to make crucial and effective interventions on corporate projects. During those 12 years of work at Global Watch Industries SpA, Switzerland (where he resided), Giovanni actively traveled between the Milan and Hong Kong offices, both to continue nurturing the valuable relationships and partnerships already established, and to monitor competitor’s strategies without distractions from core-business consisting of the the team’s heavy efforts in selling distributed product lines.

Giovanni’s unyielding sense of duty and admirable ethics, led to the success of the Company within a few years, with was recognized as one of the best European companies with a turnover of more than 100 million dollars, and 2 million watches sold globally. By 2008, further confirming his entrepreneurial spirit and his tireless nature as a businessman, Giovanni Fasciano had already undertaken another parallel path by establishing an investment company in America, which in 2013 led him to temporary move to the US to invest extensive time to the development and improvement of said company.

Today, Giovanni Fasciano has made Switzerland his permanent home from where he manages all of his business activities around the world.
